Conditions of Use

1. General-For all relationships between PrirodnaKozmetika.com and the customer are governed by our Terms and
Conditions of use. The customer recognizes to have acquainted himself/herself with the conditions and terms of
use at the time of signing the order. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions of use by the customer must be
changed and approved by PrirodnaKozmetika.com by writing.

2. Forming of the Contract-All of our offers are subject to confirmation. The contract between
PrirodnaKozmetika.com and the customer is only complete after order has been submitted and customer has
received confirmation of the order from PrirodnaKozmetika.com by e-mail. In case of errors/mistakes on Website,
PrirodnaKozmetika.com is not obliged to fulfill or validate the order.

3. Delivery-Delivery is avilable only on teritory of Serbia. Delivery time (within Serbia) is usually 1-2
working days. We are not responsible for any delays of the shipping company or post office. If products are
not available at the time of order, the customer will be notified in writing and may cancel his/her order at
that time. Orders can be shipped partially. PrirodnaKozmetika.com also reserves the right to cancel orders
where products are not available. Customer will be notified immediately upon cancellation. In the case that the
ordered products have been paid, refunds will be done immediately for all orders canceled by
PrirodnaKozmetika.com. All products will be shipped to the address given as shipping address.
Customer is responsible for ensuring that all received packages from PrirodnaKozmetika.com are not damaged or
upon delivery. For all delivery where products are damaged, customer must immediately make a statement with the
delivery company at the time of delivery, otherwise we cannot make refunds. PrirodnaKozmetika.com must be
contacted immediately concerning damaged products. For damaged products PrirodnaKozmetika.com reserves the
right to decide wheather customer will receive a replacement or a refund.

4. Right of Revocation-All ordered products can be returned within 7 days after the date of delivery. The
products must be unopened, unused and in original packaging. Customer is responsible for all return charges.
All products must be shipped to PrirodnaKozmetika.com at the returning adress on package.
PrirodnaKozmetika.com cannot make refunds for products not sent back within the refund period.

5. Quantities-PrirodnaKozmetika.com sells in common quantities and reserves the right to decide wheter the
amount can be delivered.

6.Available Payment Methods are:

# Invoice (2.5% discount) Terms of payment - 3 working days
# Payment on Delivery

Payment will be made by the given form of payment on the order form. In case of a money
order, the invoice amount should be transferred to the following bank account: 355-1022535-51 Recipient:
Filkom. As soon as the money has been transferred, the products will be shipped. The separately stated shipping
costs also apply. All prices are stated in SCD and include the at each time valid value added tax. The stated
prices at the time of order apply.

7. Retention of Title-PrirodnaKozmetika.com has the right of property on all products until the invoice amount
has been completely paid.

8. Trademarks-Trade marks, brand names, product names, and company names of or related to the products
appearing on this website are the property of their respective owners. PrirodnaKozmetika.com does not claim to
own any of these trade marks nor claim that PrirodnaKozmetika.com is related to, endorsed by, or in any other
way connected or associated with these companies. PrirodnaKozmetika.com is independent distributor.

9. Disputes-Any past order takes the membership of the customer, and it without any limitation, on the General
Terms and Conditions PrirodnaKozmetika.com. Any dispute concerning the sale will be subjected to the Serbia law
in front of the trade court of Belgrade. The adaptability of the consistent international UN law is excluded.
Disputes between the parties will be governed solely by the law of the Serbia.

10. Customer Responsibility-It is the responsibility of the customer to consult with their doctor/physician
prior to buying cosmetic products. PrirodnaKozmetika.com cannot be held responsible for any issues resulting
from the use of products purchased.
